What are your payment options? TOP
I accept credit cards through a secure shopping cart on my website and also through PayPal. I do not accept checks or money orders. If you choose this option your order will be cancelled.
How do you ship? TOP
I ship using Priority Mail for $4.80. Insurance is optional, but I highly recommend it. If insurance is not purchased your order will not be covered for damage or loss. I have listed insurance rates below. I have not had any problems with my orders getting to there new homes, it's just nice to know your order is covered when you choose to purchase insurance. If you would like insurance please put a note in the comment section and the amount. I will send you a corrected invoice.
I will ship your order within 24 hours after receiving it. If there is going to be a delay of some kind I will contact you and let you know.

What if I am not happy with my purchase? TOP
When you purchase one of my pieces I want you to feel great about it when you wear it. If you just don't, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your purchase so we can work something out. I will gladly offer you a refund (less shipping) or a exchange. I do expect all pieces to be returned in the condition you received them in. Do you take special orders? TOP
Some of my pieces are one of a kind and can't be remade. If you have a design in mind please contact me to see what we can work out. If you would like something resized let me know as well. Measuring Guide TOP
Measure your wrist just below the wrist bone. Add one inch for comfort. This will tell you what size bracelet you will need.
The average size bracelet is 7.5"
If you have a 6 inch wrist like me your bracelet will need to be at least 7 3/4 to 8 1/2 in. The size and shape of the bead makes a difference as well. |
